Services include wills, medical living wills, powers of attorney, notarial services, foster care, adoption (general information), financial responsibility, family relations, the Civil Soldier and Seamen Relief Act, veterans` re-employment rights, accident matters, landlord-tenants, consumer affairs and taxes. Some of the legal services requested are beyond the scope of the legal aid program. A client will be referred to a civil lawyer if their case requires a personal appearance or oral argument before a civil court, court or government agency. The facility is primarily used for student pilots who practice landings during their training at Vance Air Force Base. However, the majority of the facility is dedicated to mission support and training.
