terrible people out there who don`t give 1 on your problem, anyone with knowledge leaves this dying society. They won`t solve your problem, and they move the appts you have. Thank you, I`m Abraham, I bought MacBook Pro and Apple Care, I can`t even fix my laptop. I bought documents. Best Buy tells me I have apple care. Apple won`t fix it because they don`t see it. Bestbuy Geek Squad won`t fit because they don`t see it. I lost a lot of files and time in both directions. I want them to give me my money back. The laptop costs $3656.70 and apple maintenance. I thought I had Apple Care and Geek Squad coverage that I didn`t have all the time. I followed my agreement that they didn`t.

I paid for the laptop they don`t cover, I can`t use it. I`m their best customer, I bought a lot of things from bestbuy, I even have a $3600 bill with them, I make my payment. Why can`t they be held accountable? I need money for the laptop and Apple care. I am now looking for a lawyer to take care of it? I cancelled my order and it would have been sent to my home while I was away anyway. I didn`t get a refund and I didn`t have the goods because they weren`t there when I got home four days later. This shouldn`t be my problem as I recorded phone calls confirming that the order was cancelled three days before its presumed arrival. I also recorded calls every day after my first attempt to cancel the order confirming that nothing would happen and that my refund was issued. If something happened and is missing now, it`s not my fault, he buys better. I`m tired of calling every day and trying to get my refund for something I never received. I was at your Newport News location in Virginia yesterday and needed help with a bunch of devices. I am permanently disabled. A Jevaughn man, who claimed to be a store manager, refused to help me and his staff in the equipment department.

No one would answer questions about the availability of devices. I was told because I wasn`t wearing a mask. My disability frees me from wearing a mask. I also believe that I have been discriminated against within the equipment department. I am not only permanently disabled, but also Caucasian. The equipment workers last night were black. Dayton, Ohio. 31 August 2017. I`m on my third Samsung TV from Best TV. The first one went a little wrong with about 6 months. The geeks bought me another one that was supposed to be new, it didn`t work and so they bought me another one that worked until about 3 months ago. I have an extended warranty. When I called Best, they told me that the warrant didn`t cover anything wrong with the screen. A cable technician told me that the screen was ready to turn off. Best told me they were sorry but to buy a new TV. I just wanted to let someone know how to best deal with customers when something goes wrong with their products. I don`t know what to do from here except buy a new TV.
