SB 1704: Requires all employees of medical marijuana companies to apply for identification/proof of eligibility as of January 1, 2024 and allows OMMA to contract with a third party to provide these services. On September 21, the Oklahoma Supreme Court rejected an offer by the SQ 820 campaign to hold the national vote on November 8, 2022. HB 4287: Drafts the Oklahoma Flower Prepackaging Act, which requires medical marijuana products to be packaged and sold in certain prepackaged quantities and forms, drafted by Rep. Davis and Senator Paxton. HB 2482 FAILED: Allows elected officials of municipal governing bodies to own and operate medical marijuana businesses, but requires them to opt out of votes and related shares, drafted by Rep.
